Aaron's Senior Thesis

I had thought at one point that I would write a self-critique and put it in this space. I will probably not end up doing that, but I do think it's worth pointing out that those espousing New Urbanism have in recent years embraced urban infill and brownfields development. At the time I wrote the thesis, I was largely unaware of this, and I did not have access to New Urban News or other more timely information than such older works as are listed in the references. At this point, the "New Urbanism is only about building prettier suburbs" is a common oversimplification by those who would attack New Urbanism, and I am sorry that, to whatever extent this thesis actually is read by anyone, I have contributed to this misapprehension.
